RAW MATERIALS

We have chosen to use only selected raw materials, to offer consumers a superior quality pasta, rich in taste and balanced from a nutritional point of view. In fact, the durum wheat semolina that we knead is obtained from a mixture of fir st choice g rains (all certified NO GMOs) from which, through a single process, only the heart of the g rain is extracted, (less than 10% of the processed product), where all the best qualities of wheat are concentrated. With this type of extraction, a very low residue of pesticides, molds and aflatoxins are obtained, which remain above all on the bran of the grain. The eggs, fresh and pasteurized, are subjected to a rigorous quality control; they come exclusively from Italian farms and are free of artificial colors and preservatives.
